About the role:
A friendly primary school in Leamington Spa seeks an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to support their busy Reception class. You will assist with phonics, continuous provision and early assessment.
Start Date: May 2026 – Fixed until July 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Support learning through play
- Assist with phonics groups
- Contribute to EYFS observations
- Maintain a safe environment
Pre-requisites
- Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
- Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
