宝芝林 is a Chinatown heritage brand since the 1990s, now launching 宝芝林黑芝麻传统甜品, a concept specializing in black sesame and traditional Chinese desserts including tong sui, soft serve, and takeaway products.

Lead daily kitchen production and quality control for traditional Chinese desserts, managing recipes, ingredient ordering, stock, hygiene, and a small kitchen team to ensure consistent product excellence and efficient operations.

• Prepare traditional Chinese desserts following recipes and SOPs to ensure consistent taste, texture, sweetness, temperature, and portion size
• Refine recipes, production methods, and kitchen workflow to improve product quality and operational efficiency
