We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fabric Operative to join our FM team working at a prestigious central government building in Westminster. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. 


The role:

  • Reporting to the Building Fabric Supervisor

  • To undertake Fabric repairs of the building in line with the PPM schedule ensuring that work is carried out efficiently to contract specification and client satisfaction

  • To apply trade skills to carry out scheduled and reactive tasks as needed

  • Duties will include but not be limited to: basic carpentry, painting/decorating, lock repairs, tiling, vinyl floor repairs, fire door maintenance and gen...
