At Stone Systems ( we are looking for a Fabrication Operations Manager for our fabrication shop located in Raleigh, NC who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

As an Operations Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop the functional department (Production Management, Measure, and Installation, Customer Service, and Office Management) in the shop to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction and produce high-performance and continuous improvements in these departments. You will pair up with the local department managers and ensure flawless coordination between these areas. You must be operationally efficient, customer service, and metrics-oriented to ensure targets are being met while being responsible for a healthy P&L.
