Fabrication Supervisor

The Senior Rebar & Mold Fabrication Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the success of the Mega-Scale Precast Infrastructure Project, overseeing all aspects of rebar reinforcement and mold fabrication within a high-volume, precision-driven workshop environment.
This position is critical to ensuring structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and timely delivery of precast components by leading a team of 100+ skilled tradespeople across cutting, welding, bending, and mold assembly operations.
The Supervisor is responsible for interpreting complex engineering drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), translating them into fully assembled rebar cages and custom molds with zero tolerance for error.
