Sheet Metal Fabricator/Fitter

Contribute to the delivery of bespoke, high‑quality helicopter solutions through complex prototype development, retrofits, and series production. Develop and manufacture detailed parts from sheet metal to aviation standards within a workshop or hangar, assemble components, and work closely with the design team on prototype work.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish work as directed by the Installation Supervisor or Certifying Engineer
• Manufacture detailed parts from sheet metal
• Inspect parts manufactured by subcontractors for compliance with engineering drawings
• Assemble parts manufactured by subcontractors
• Apply protective coatings
• Work closely with the design team to ensure all parts comply with design data and maintain safe aircraft operation
• Work individually or as part of a team, depending on specific work packages
