Day Shift
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our client in Derby. The role will involve the fabrication and welding of bespoke metal and architectural components.
Duties
- Fabricate metal structures from scratch
- Both MIG and TIG welding
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Completing multi-pass and positional welding on mild steel up to 25mm
- Operate fabrication equipment such as guillotines, press brakes, rollers, and grinders
- Measure, cut, and assemble steel and other metals to exact tolerances
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
- The occasional working away may be required
