Facade Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Site Management
Plan, manage, and supervise daily site operations. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes, and manpower deployment. Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Coordinate site activities to avoid delays, clashes, and abortive work. Monitor site progress and take corrective action when works fall behind schedule. Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and client meetings when required. 2. Coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinate technical details, site access, work sequence, inspections, and handover requirements.
