Scope of Work (For RFP)

• Conduct a detailed inspection of the building façade at Ground Floor Reception, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, 4th Floor, and Roof levels.
• Remove all loose, damaged, and peeling paint from the affected façade areas.
• Identify, prepare, and repair all visible cracks using suitable crack repair materials and methods.
• Carry out surface preparation, including cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
• Apply high-quality exterior-grade primer and weather-resistant paint system to the entire façade.
• Ensure uniform finish, color consistency, and complete coverage of all treated areas.
• Provide all necessary access equipment, scaffolding, safety barriers, and protection measures during execution.
• Remove debris and clean the work area upon completion.
