Façade Manager

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Façade Manager to join the construction team in a Large Scale High Rise Towers project in Dubai.

To manage and control Façade package Scope, engineering, procurement, productivity, logistic, manpower and site progress, in accordance with the project contract documents with in the specified time, required interfaces with other trades and expected quality required by the end user.

• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the relationship between Main contractor, Sub contractor consultant and the Employer.
• Driving the sub contractor package team from planning, engineering, and procurement, testing’s production, logistic, manpower and construction completion.
• Follow up with require Engineering approval and assist to technical Dept. in terms of constructability details to get maximum benefit for all related stakeholders
