Location: London
Salary: £60k - £80k (depending on experience)
*Full subsistence package for candidates travelling from NI/ROI*
On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for Façade Manager to join them on one of their signature large scaled mixed developments. Reporting to the Contracts Director your primary responsibility will be taking full ownership of the façade, brickwork and roofing packages.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will co-ordinate and manage the facade elements of projects.
- Experience taking full ownership of the facade, brickwork, curtain walling, structural framed sections, external render system, stone cladding and roofing packages.
- Experience managing sub-contractors.
