• Bearbeitung von internen und externen Reklamationen inklusive Analyse, Ursachenklärung sowie strukturierter Berichtserstellung
• Aktives Reklamationsmanagement gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten, inkl. Retourenabwicklung, Qualitätsmeldungen und Bewertung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen
