Opportunity Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall organization and maintenance of the site
  • Provides general support for the site and ensures that all requests are addressed in accordance with company directives and policies
  • Work and coordinate with Procurement team on the Facilities and Admin requirement in sourcing 3rd party vendors
  • Work with Finance department to process invoices, make payments, track receipts and ensure that all vendor payments are released based on the agreed timeline
  • Proactively work with Operations and other support teams to identify and solve issues
  • Maintain efficient administrative/office workflow by analyzing work methods and making or recommending changes as necessary to streamline operations and/or cut costs
