Liaise with contractors for the fabrication, installation, structural maintenance, and cleaning of heritage trail structures, including trail markers, wayfinding signages, and exhibition panels; may involve participation in tender processes.

Coordinate with schools and partners for travelling exhibitions, managing end-to-end processes such as handling booking enquiries, conducting site recces with contractors, and preparing procurement and billing paperwork.

Assist in managing and preparing rosters for gallery sitters at community galleries.
