Ensuring accurate planning, effective financial operations, and decision-ready reporting across facilities operations, capital renewal, and capital projects is critical. The role manages the development, monitoring, and forecasting of multiple areas—including facilities operations, capital renewal, and capital projects—using variance analysis and projections to identify risks, explain drivers, and recommend adjustments.
