Opportunity Description
Core purpose of the role
To provide coordination of facilities and hospitality services to staff and their guests and maintain the meeting rooms in a state of readiness for staff and their guests. To help maintain a welcoming, stimulating, attractive, and safe environment for staff and guests, Light housekeeping duties such as clearing glasses, cups, and wiping meeting room tables. Management and coordination of meeting room allocation and maintenance of meeting schedules. Management of meeting room refreshments or supplies. Management of the Avis accommodation center.
Key deliverables and outputs
Customer Services
- Managing meeting room bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front-of-house area by coordinating with the cleaning team
