The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management Project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces Oversee operations of the Facilities matters, ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms. Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters. Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals Space planning/ renovation projects. Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues. Skills and Qualifications
