Facilities & Maintenance Executive

As a Facility Management Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the facility management team in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include: Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects Respond to schools' request for maintenance work Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes for the prevention of future occurrence Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work request records Keep proper records of legal contracts and vendor information and monitor the expiry of contracts Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
