Position Objective The Facilities Maintenance Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while overseeing all soft services for property management. They will supervise an outsourced team, ensuring efficient delivery of services such as housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, hygiene services, document disposal, waste management, sand pit raking, vending machine upkeep, playground maintenance, and audio-visual systems. Responsibilities include optimizing work processes for productivity, maintaining operational readiness of all service areas, and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance. The role involves close coordination with contractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
