**Facilities Maintenance Technician**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital facilities, equipment, and properties. This role uses a computerized maintenance management system to identify, diagnose, and correct issues across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems, ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine and specialized maintenance and repair on hospital buildings, equipment, and properties using a computerized maintenance management system.
