Opportunity Description
**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Pay:** $52,000-$66,560 but can go higher depending on experience
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform building repairs throughout the facility.
+ Hang drywall as needed.
+ Repair and replace electrical outlets and light fixtures.
+ Conduct snow removal by shoveling and salting sidewalks.
+ Strip and wax floors as needed.
+ Assist in repairing and maintaining rooftop HVAC units.
+ Communicate effectively with outside suppliers and contractors.
+ Demonstrate thorough knowledge of building codes and requirements.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Facilities and building maintenance experience.
+ Drywall hanging and painting skills.
+ Plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance.
+ Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures.
