Opportunity Description
Role: Facilities Management (FM) Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Role purpose:
To manage and oversee the end-to-end facilities management operations across ADIB’s portfolio (branches, offices, data centers, and ATMs), ensuring optimal service delivery, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with ADIB’s operational and sustainability objectives.
Key accountabilities of the role: Facilities Operations Management:- Oversee daily FM operations across all ADIB locations (hard and soft services).
- Ensure service delivery is in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor CAFM/IFMS systems for service requests, asset management, and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and operational disruptions.
