Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, ensuring optimal functionality and a safe environment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, scheduling regular inspections and repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and overseeing the performance of external service providers for services like landscaping, cleaning, and security.
- Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities to ensure financial efficiency in facility operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) are a plus.
