Facilities Management Supervisor

To support the Facilities Engineer / Facilities Manager in managing day‑to‑day facilities operations across all assigned properties. The FM Supervisor will coordinate maintenance activities, attend site issues, supervise technicians and service providers, ensure timely completion of work, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Supervise and assist in managing daily hard and soft FM activities across assigned properties including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
• Coordinate with AMC contractors and service providers for scheduled and emergency works.
• Proper coordination and follow up with service providers for carrying out the PPM as per schedules for HVAC, pumps, water systems, elevators, gym equipment, pool, landscaping, pest control, and other assets.
