Primary Role

• The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Mantrac Ghana’s facility portfolio.

• This includes overseeing the planning, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, safety, security and strategic development of all corporate offices, service workshops, warehouses and logistics yards

• The role ensures these facilities operate efficiently, safely and cost effectively to support the business’s technical and customer service operations.

• The Facilities Manager is also a key driver in sustainability, compliance, risk mitigation and facility modernization
