Facilities Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Manage and assist the Housekeeping and Facilities Maintenance teams in the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery including HVAC, building lighting systems, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance. Manage the various building services vendors.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

50% Coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping and facilities maintenance teams towards maintaning world class 24 hour facilities. Manage all infrastructure equipment to provide 100% uptime as well as supporting the production lines, as requested, including, but not limited to:  maintain cleanliness and order throughout the facility; order chemicals, water treatment, maintenance supplies and parts for equipment; control and monitor compressed air and plant climate control systems; and support other departments as necessary ...
