Facilities Manager

Regional Total Facilities Management (TFM) Manager – ISS is looking for an experienced and driven Regional TFM Manager to lead the delivery of a first-class Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service across the DEFRA account. This senior operational role has responsibility for both hard and soft FM services, customer relationships, compliance, financial performance and team leadership across the regional portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Key Account Manager, you will act as the senior operational representative for ISS within the region, ensuring service excellence, value for money and a strong one team culture. You will lead and develop a regional IFM team, working closely with DEFRA stakeholders and Arm’s Length Bodies to deliver consistent, resilient and compliant services.
