Lincoln Tech's Marietta campus needs a technically sharp Facilities Manager who takes real ownership of a building and everything in it. If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems — and you're the kind of person who spots a problem before it becomes one — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Own
+ Day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
+ Safety inspections and full compliance with state, local, fire, and building codes, including OSHA standards
+ Vendor and contractor relationships — sourcing, negotiating, and managing service agreements
+ Campus procurement and budget management in partnership with the Campus President
+ Emergency preparedness and security protocols
+ Oversight of any wiring, electrical, plumbing, and equipment installation or repair
