Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facilities across the portfolioManage and monitor hard and soft services, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and building systemsLead on health & safety compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory regulationsManage supplier performance, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)Develop and manage annual facilities budgets, including cost control and reportingCoordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive worksSupport workplace improvement initiatives and projects
