Role Purpose: Responsible for operational delivery of all Facilities Management (FM) services for assigned sites in accordance with all contracted standards & legislation, company policies and procedures. The postholder will ensure that all aspects of the service delivery are continually monitored, measured and reviewed so that expenses remain within the operational profit and loss (P & L) budget and the financial (savings) targets within the company business plan are achieved or exceeded.
