Facilities Officer | $3k-$4k | 5 Days work week

Working Hours: 9AM-6PM (MON-FRI)

Location: 7 Gul Circle / 27 Greenwich Drive

• Perform 1st-level troubleshooting and repairs for M&E systems across warehouses, offices, and buildings.
• Liaise with subcontractors on maintenance projects and guide building Alteration & Addition (A&A) works.
• Deliver prompt support and response times for maintenance requests raised by internal teams.
• Handle reporting, track utility readings, and source vendor quotations for facility matters.
• Strict adherence to the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy at all times.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technician in a Facility Management/ Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Strong hands‑on technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Works.
• Strong in supervision skills for all contractor works.
