Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems ensuring optimal functionality and safety for occupants.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to execute repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement budgets for facilities operations, controlling expenditures and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hold professional certifications such as FMP (Facilities Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) (highly regarded).
