FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Facility Operations Specialist in the Facilities Department of the Marine Corps Base Hawaii. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will Assist the Camp Smith Facilities Manager with the management and coordination of the maintenance and repair program for MCBH Leeward facilities. You will be responsible for management of maintenance service contracts and serving as the Camp Smith Facilities Department purchase card program coordinator. You will inspect, make recommendations, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and take action to repair and maintain facilities and grounds.
