Central Virginia Community College is located in Lynchburg, Virginia, in view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. CVCC is a comprehensive two-year institution of higher education with an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students in occupational/technical programs and university-parallel/college transfer programs.
This position works with the Facilities Director to help write and maintain contract specifications, renewals and cancellations and make sure the contracted vendor is performing tasks per the contract specifications and charging the appropriate rates. Follows procurement guidelines and specifications to make sure vendor invoices are correctly entered and received in eVa and paid on time. Prepares monthly Bank of America reconciliations and submits them. Helps plan, coordinate and oversee projects and events for the campus as tasked.
