Facilities Maintenance & Operations

+ Plan and execute annual maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)

+ Perform routine office maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs

+ Manage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, and pantry appliances

+ Oversee maintenance and management of gym facilities and equipment

+ Manage office assets, including furniture and other physical infrastructure


Workplace & Administration Management

+ Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate periodic services such as carpet cleaning and office sanitization

+ Manage office greenery and seasonal decorations

+ Maintain company vehicle records and oversee parking space management
