Facilities Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

With direction from the Director of Operations, is responsible for project and/or task management, and staff delegation and scheduling. Routinely performs manual or technical skills as it pertains to maintain the buildings and property in quality condition. Repairs and conducts preventive and regular maintenance of buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and ensure department tasks are completed in compliance with grant, OSHA, or other ODM related policies.

Supervisors provide input to the hiring process, accountability among team and escalates performative concerns to the Director of Facilities and/or Vice President of Operations. This is a position of influence and must reflect the faith and values of Open Door Mission and our mission of Restoring Hope and Changing Lives.
