The Facilities Technician 3 is a pivotal role involving conversion to full-time employment, focusing on HVAC and building maintenance. Located in Florence, SC, this position requires a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including larger ton equipment, building and shell maintenance, and plumbing. Chiller experience and supervisory skills are advantageous.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment.
+ Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
+ Execute assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
+ Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations.
