Facilities Technician

SUMMARY This position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a Campus setting. You'll spend a significant portion of your time performing hands-on technical work requiring expertise in HVAC-R systems maintenance in a life sciences environment. While significant site-specific training will be provided, you must be familiar with Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and blueprint reading to complete assigned tasks effectively. As part of a shift rotation, you'll participate in on-call coverage and respond to emergency situations, as needed.
