Facilities Technician: Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC

Santos Knight Frank in Makati is looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities within the property. The role requires conducting basic maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems to ensure the property operates properly and safely.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and a willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
