We are looking for a high-energy, multi-tasking Facilities Technician who thrives on variety. From preventative equipment care and filter changes to light plumbing and electrical work, you will be the go-to person keeping the facility running at peak performance.

- Perform light repair work, including changing out light fixtures and handling minor plumbing repairs.
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance, such as changing filters and diagnosing minor issues.
- Assemble and install facility items, including shelving, machinery, and other equipment as needed.
- Identify facility maintenance needs proactively and collaborate with management on solutions.
- Execute daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and operating floor cleaning equipment.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
