Job Overview
:
Reporting to the Process Manager, this position ensures overall efficient operation of all plant infrastructures and production machinery and equipment.
Job Responsibilities
: Prepare project drawings, specifications and scope-of-work. Develop standards and design criteria for projects such as the construction and renovation of facilities, facilities improvement and upgrading, office and plant layouts, space planning etc. Supervise and monitor contractors on M&E projects and maintenance work to ensure that all necessary works shall be accomplished satisfactory while following the Company requirements. To lead maintenance technician(s) to deliver day-to-day equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and equipment breakdown investigation. To lead equipment failure investigation, root cause analysis, and initiate necessary corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to avoid future failure.
