Facility & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Facilities & Infrastructure Engineer to oversee the overall management of site facilities, including maintenance, operations, compliance, and improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective facility performance across office and plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
Manage daily maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, and infrastructure systems
Ensure critical systems (HVAC, elevators, sewage, ventilation, fire protection) operate safely and efficiently
Plan and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Respond to breakdowns and resolve facility issues in a timely manner
Identify recurring issues and implement improvement actions to enhance reliability
Compliance & Asset Management
Maintain records of facilities assets, inspections, and service history
