FACILITY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Civil Engineer (CE) Operations Flight Workforce Manager. To provide customer interface and receive, review and process all CE service requests associated with worked performed in facilities base-wide with the appropriate IT system. Responsibilities Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for demand maintenance/customer service. Directly evaluates calls received and/or service requests, interacts with Facility Managers and base customers to analyze and validate service request/requirements. Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for preventive maintenance (PM). Provides management oversight to Operations Flight PM Program. Responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing all Civil Engineering work requirements and CE Enterprise IT data associated with operations management, warranty program management and investment planning.
