Role Overview

As the Facility Management and Admin Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative functions across the site facility.

You will ensure high standards of service delivery in canteen management, security management, housekeeping & horticulture management, Inventory management, general administration, employee transportation, collaboration with IT and guest-facility services, Vendor management of all Facility related vendor partners, while also handling liaison activities with external agencies.

This role requires a hands-on lead who has driven continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, TQM), has exposure to audit and compliance, and is adept at leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency. ...
