Facility Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee the maintenance and operation of a high-performance laboratory and office facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility services, managing maintenance programs, supervising vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical building systems in a controlled environment. Job Responsibilities:- Consolidate facility activities and documentation across office services and building maintenance workstreams. Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports to clients, including work status, upcoming activities, risks, and improvement initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and track preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems such as HVAC/ACMV, MAU, AHU, exhaust systems, and utilities.
