Facility Operations Specialist

Summary About the Position: Serves as a Facility Operations Specialist performing as a project manager for various Operations & Maintenance Projects. Solves complex issues associated with operation, maintenance, and major repairs to District Floating Plant, Locks and Dams and Rivers Project Facilities to include Physical Support and Service Base. This position will be located in St. Louis, MO and will allow for situational telework only. This position is NOT eligible for full time telework. Responsibilities Performs contract administration and project management of assigned programs and projects. Resolves technical matters of an engineering, construction, operation, and/or maintenance nature. Prepares scopes of work, specifications, and plans for maintenance and operational needs to include repairs, services, supplies, and construction requirements for Floating Plants such as a Dredge Potter, Pathfinder, and Grand Tower.
