FACILITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Facility Operations Supervisor, performing duties relating to the Facility Operations Service Line and supervisory management. Incumbent will coordinate and direct work performed by a variety of trades and labor employees, as well as perform a variety of administrative services. Responsibilities Major duties: Provides planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control in the Facility Maintenance and Operations Section. Assists the Facilities Service Line Manager in providing review and guidance of assigned technical programs and projects. Assists with broad managerial responsibilities over the transportation, roads and grounds, buildings and utilities repair/maintenance, electronic equipment repair/maintenance, and capital improvement programs.
