Our client, SSS Growers Pty Ltd is a farm in regional NSW that grows blueberries and blackberries of different varieties and aims to provide our customers with fresh and quality produce. SSS Growers Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Facility Supervisor to Join their team.
Tasks:
•Oversee day-to-day operations of packing sheds, grading lines, cold rooms and storage areas handling blueberries and blackberries
•Liaise with farm managers to plan daily intake from fields, labour requirements and packing schedules based on harvest volumes.
•Coordinate and supervise farm workers and seasonal contractors involved in packing and facility-based operations
