Facility Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced
Facility Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day facility operations for a commercial site located at Science Park Drive. You will lead a small on-site team, ensure building services run smoothly, and serve as the first point of escalation for maintenance and emergency issues. Key Responsibilities Supervise 2 on-site technicians and ensure daily routine checks are carried out in accordance with site checklists Monitor building services with a focus on ACMV/HVAC systems (including MAU/AHU, exhaust systems, FCU/cassette units), and promptly report any abnormalities Provide first-line response to breakdowns and emergency calls escalate to specialist contractors where required and follow site escalation procedures Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown logs, repair status, and follow-up actions Track consumables and spare parts inventory (e.g. filters) and flag replenishment needs to the Facility Manager Support vendo...
