Responsibilities
- Maintain legal compliance
- Implement Company Health & Safety policies, processes and standards
- Ensure adherence to industry accreditations such as ISO and BRC
- Comply with applicable Food Safety Standards
- Deliver Health & Safety training and manage training requirements
- Control and oversee contractor processes
- Manage external security, catering and cleaning contractors, ensuring all legal requirements and safety cadences are met
- Support and manage the MHE fleet with central facilities
- Support all pre‑planned maintenance schedules
- Manage all waste streams for the site
- Ensure the “know your building folder” is trained and updated regularly
- Understand and apply local Health & Safety legislation
